Responsibilities: 
 &bull Design and develop smart solutions for data collecting, data extraction and working process for marketing team.
 &bull Manage and analyze general and ad-hoc marketing data for online and off-line campaigns.
 &bull Determine and prepare data reports and collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies.
 &bull Present marketing data reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
 &bull Create campaign for execution and analysis.
 &bull Collaborate with affiliate tools to build dashboards for regular and ad-hoc tracking.
 &bull Lead the day-to-day management of the CRM database, including data imports, data hygiene and user management.
 &bull Monitor and support the collection and management of all customer related data.
 &bull Efficiently route prospects to sales staff, monitor sales activity and provide reporting on sales effectiveness.
 &bull Collaborate with departments to ensure CRM is being utilized in the most efficient way.
 &bull Develop tracking and reporting to inform digital marketing and demand generation campaigns.
 &bull Maintain a premier training curriculum for new and existing users
Qualifications: 
 &bull Bachelor or Master&rsquos degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields (statistics, data science, data engineering or data marketing).
 &bull Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in CRM or Data Management
 &bull Experience and skill of experience as data /reporting analyst with SQL querying proficiency
 &bull Strong project management skills and able to lead cross functional team
 &bull Strong analytical and creativity with Marketing driven
